How to take care of wool and cashmere

If you're shopping vintage you have defiently run into wool before. Most people put it tight back on the rack because they are unsure how to take care of it. It's really not to hard once you understand it, so let's go through it together...
Wool does not need to be washed frequently. For just regular freshining up you can use your sink with cold water and wool safe detergent and let arir dry. You should never use heat on wool or cashmere.
Always fold wool and cashmere to store it as gravity can stretch out the fibers.
If there is a stain you should spot clean with a damp cloth ran under cold water. Use baby shampoo and wool safe detergent and gently dab at the stain.
